Moody’s affirms Baa3 rating to Class A Notes of Privatbank securitization

Moody’s said on Friday that it has assigned ratings to two classes of notes issued by Ukraine Auto Loan Finance No. 1: Baa3 to the USD 85.8 mln class A notes and Ba3 to the USD 18.7 mln Class B notes. UALF was established by Privatbank to provide securitization of its car loans. Fitch also affirmed ratings to UALF notes: BBB- on Class A notes, B on Class B notes (the outlook is stable).
