Motor Sich Completes Placement of Another 5% Stake

Motor Sich (MSICH: BUY) has completed the placement of another 5% stake, raising USD 18.4 mln (USD 177 per share). At the beginning of June, Motor Sich sold a 6% stake for USD 18.7 mln (USD 150 per share). The securities will be converted into GDRs and listed on Frankfurt. Company officials said they are planning to place a third stake of 4% in September.
