Nadra Bank Places USD 100 Mln Eurobonds.

A Top-10 Ukrainian bank, Nadra Bank, completed the placement of a USD 100 mln Eurobond issue for three years at 9.5%. Dresdner Bank and UBS were the managers of the placement. Fitch assigned its B- long-term rating for Nadra?s Eurobonds. Concorde Capital: This year Ukrainian banks have intensified their efforts to raise funds through the issuance of Eurobonds. Ukreximbank (ranked #6 in terms of assets), Ukrsotsbank (#4) and Ukrsibbank (#5) are other Ukrainian banks that made Eurobond placements this year. Nadra?s Eurobonds were placed at a marginally higher rate than that of Ukrsotsbank’s (9%) and Ukrsibbank’s (8.95%) Eurobonds with the same maturity. State-run Ukreximabank’s bonds were valued much higher: USD 250 mln for seven years at just 6.8%.
