Naftogaz Eurobond swap accepted by 92% of bondholders

Naftogaz of Ukraine announced on Friday in a press release that 92% of Eurobond holders voted to support restructuring as of the early participation deadline on October 8. The company is offering a 100% exchange of current notes for a new USD 500 mln Eurobond due in September 2014 with a coupon of 9.5%. The company scheduled a formal meeting to approve the restructuring for October 19.
