NBU Reserves To Reach USD 21 bln By 2007 NBU Deputy Governor

According to deputy National Bank (NBU) Governor Anotoliy Shapovalov, the NBU’s reserves rose sharply in November, following the government’s USD 1 bln Eurobond placement and currently stand at USD 20.8 bln. Shapovalov added that he expected the NBU’s reserves to end the year at near USD 21 bln.
