NERC raises gas tariffs for households by up to 14%

Yesterday, new gas prices for Ukrainian households came into effect: tariffs rose 13-14% on average to USD 74-301/mcm, depending on the annual volume of consumption and presence of a gas meter. Vladimir Nesterenko: As we expected, the National Electricity Regulatory Commission transmitted about a 10-dollar increase in gas distribution and supply tariffs to household prices; the respective decision was taken by the NERC in August, effective also from September 1 (see our news from August 8).
