Novomoskovsk Pipe Approves 17-fold Charter Fund Increase

At their AGM yesterday, Novomoskovsk Pipe (NVTR: HOLD) shareholders decided to increase the company’s charter fund by 16.7-times to USD 9.9 mln through an additional share issue, Interfax reports. The company is planningto issue 188 mln shares at par, USD 0.05 per share. The ex-right date is June 6, 2008.
