Oshchadbank increases TMM’s credit limit by UAH 500 mln

TMM (FSE: TR61 GR, N/R) and Oshchadbank signed an agreement to increase the developer’s credit limit by UAH 500 mln, TMM reported yesterday in a press release. The credit line was extended until September 28, 2016. TMM plans to direct funds to finish the 2nd, 3rd and 4th stages of its Sonyachna Brama residential complex (Kyiv). The company plans to put the complex into operation in 2Q14, in line with an investment agreement with Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University signed in late September.
