Parties Confirm IUD and Gazmetal Merger Talks

Industrial Union of Donbass (IUD) representative Aleksandr Pilipenko and representatives of Gazmetal confirmed that negotiations were underway on merging Gazmetal with IUD. Pilipenko said the talks might take up to half a year. Yesterday Usmanov told the Financial Times that he is planning an IPO for the new company created as a result of the merger.
