PFTS De-lists Luhanskoblenergo.

Luhanskoblenergo (LOEN:N/A) was de-listed from the PFTS. Concorde Capital: De facto, LOEN has not distributed electricity since the beginning of 2002, when the company’s networks were managed by another company, the Lunask Energy Union. The delisting of LOEN is no surprise, as investors had no interest in this stock.
