Piraeus Bank increases charter fund by 27.5%

Ukraine’s Piraeus Bank, a subsidiary of GreekPiraeus Bank S.A., announced that it increased its charter fund by 27.5% to UAH 510 mln, according to Interfax. The additional share issue was approved at the bank’s shareholder meeting on April 10.
