Pivdenny Iron Ore Fails To Hold EGM

The company’s (PGZK: HOLD) shareholders were unable to hold their EGM yesterday due to lack of quorum. This is not the first time PGZK’s shareholders have failed to reach quorum. The company’s next meeting is scheduled for November 24.
