Pivnichny GOK And Tsentralny GOK Pay Most Of Their Net Income As Dividends.

The company’s shareholders made this decision at their AGMs yesterday. Pivnichny GOK (SGOK) declared 2005 dividends of USD 220 mln (dividend payout of 81.8%, DPS of USD 0.10) and Tsentralny GOK declared dividends of USD 55 mln (dividend payout of 57.6%, DPS of USD 0.05). Dividends will be paid from April 12, 2006 to April 12, 2009. Concorde Capital: Both GOKs are controlled by System Capital Management (SCM), which owns over 99% in each GOK.
