Poland's Maspex Wadovice Purchases 50% Of Ukrainian Soft Drink Maker Rosinka

Ukraine’s Antimonopoly Committee has agreed to allow Poland’s Maspex Wadovice to purchase more than 50% of Ukraine’s largest domestic soft drink producer Rosinka. Exact terms of the deal were not released.
