Poltava Iron Ore To Attract USD 300 mln Loan

Shareholders in Poltava Iron Ore (PGOK: U/R) have decided to attract a three-year USD 300 mln loan facility at LIBOR+2.65%. The financing will be used to increase production. The company’s next EGM is scheduled for December 7; the main item on the agenda is consideration of a 22% charter fund increase to USD 280.2 mln.
