Poltava Turbomechanic Plant (PTMZ) Increases Charter Fund To USD 0.29 Mln

The capital increase will support the company’s plans to raise output by 30% in 2005 to USD 33.3 mln. PTMZ is a major producer of compressors in the CIS. Last year the company increased net revenues by 31% to USD 22.5 mln, having posted net income of USD 1.3 mln.
