Poltavaoblenergo auction starting price increases to UAH 3.03/share

The State Property Fund of Ukraine increased the starting price for bids for Poltavaoblenergo (UX: POON UK) shares at its next privatization auction to UAH 3.0297 per share, from UAH 2.7543 on July 9, according to the PFTS, where the sale will take place. The SPF is planning to sell off 17 lots of shares (16 lots of 34.4 mln shares and 1 lot of 1.5 mln shares) on July 16, and offer remaining lots on a weekly basis thereafter until sold. In total, the SPF is planning to sell off a 25%+1 stake in the electricity distributor; an 8.76% stake was sold at UAH 3.03 per share during the first auction last week.
