At the meeting, the head of the company’s supervisory board, Alexander Sagura, and CEO Alexander Buben were re-elected. Buben was re-elected for three years. Alexander Paraschiy: PREN is the only Oblenergo involved in the conflict between Privat and Energy Standard which has held AGM without the conflicting parties.
