Privat Fails To Hold NFER's EGM Again.

The EGM of Nikopol Ferroalloy (NFER: SELL) sponsored by Privat group and scheduled for July, 14 did not achieve quorum. Furthermore, the Tsarychansky district court in Dnipropetrovsk oblast prohibited the group from holding its EGMs planned for July 21 and 28.
