Privatbank Takes Out a USD 300 mln Syndicated Loan

Ukraine’s largest bank, Privatbank, has attracted the largest syndicated loan by a Ukrainian bank for USD 300 mln at LIBOR+2%, according to reports from Thomson Financial. The transaction will be completed on October 26.
