Public External Debt Reaches USD 10.6 bln

According to the Ministry of Finance, in November state external debt reached USD 10.6 bln surging 8% mom. Public internal debt increased by 4.5% to USD 3.6 bln. Total public debt rose 8.5 % comprising USD 14.2 bln. Total public debt in relation to the GDP amounts to 12.6%.
