Radomyshl To Increase Charter Fund By 2.2 Times To USD 29 mln.

The issue is on the agenda of the company’s March 2007 AGM. The attracted USD 16 mln will be spent to purchase equipment for a wheat beer production line. Radomyshl plans to launch this line late in 2006 or at the beginning of 2007. The company expects the new line to increase its beer production threefold to 10 mln dal annually. Concorde Capital: The move would allow Radomyshl to occupy 3-4% of Ukraine’s beer market. Now four companies (Sun Interbrew, Obolon, BBH and Sarmat) account for ~94% of domestic sales. Radomyshl is a member of the Ridna Marka Corporation, which also includes the managing company MST Region and the distribution company Ridna Marka. The Corporation is a member of the Ukrprominvest group, related to former National Security and Defense Council Secretary Petro Poroshenko.
