Restaurant chain Puzata Khata looks to sign on strategic investor

Puzata Khata, the Ukrainian restaurant chain, is in negotiations to attract a strategic investor, General Director Vladislav Guliy said yesterday (via Interfax). According to Guliy, the company will use proceeds to continue development of its network. Guliy said the chain is still planning to open several new stores over the course of the year in large Ukrainian cities and is not considering any closures. Puzata Khata operates 37 stores in 14 Ukrainian cities.
