Rodovid Bank shareholders to vote on 57% charter fund increase Jan. 30

Rodovid Bank (RODB) said that its shareholders will vote on increasing the company’s charter fund by 57% to UAH 685 mln (USD 92 mln) at their AGM on January 30, 2009. If approved, the company would issue the new shares at UAH 1 ths.
