Rodovid Bank to attract a USD 45 mln loan

Rodovid Bank (RODB: BUY) plans to raise a USD 45 mln loan from Deutsche Investitions – und Entwicklungsgesellschaft and Nederlandse Financierings-Maatschappij Voor Ontwikkelingslanden, bank CEO Denis Gorbunenko said yesterday. The loan will be given in two tranches: USD 20 mln over ten years for expanding mortgage lending; USD 25 mln over five years for the development of SME lending. Yesterday Rodovid Bank announced that it will attract a USD 10 mln syndicated loan at LIBOR+3%, and that it is considering a USD 100 mln subordinated loan.
