Russia Confirms Exit from An-70 Project.

Sergey Ivanov, Russia’s deputy prime minister and defense minister, said the Russian government had made a final decision to exit from the An-70 project, a cargo plane developed jointly by Ukraine and Russia. He said the relevant official bodies had been ordered to start negotiations with their Ukrainian counterparts on Russia’s exit from the project. Olha Pankiv: We expect long negotiations between the two countries on division of intellectual property rights as Ukraine looks for another partner.
