Russia Lowers Railway Tariffs for Transportation of Ukrainian Iron Ore to the level of its internal transportation tariffs

Russia Lowers Railway Tariffs for Transportation of Ukrainian IronOre to the level of its internal transportation tariffs. Concorde Capital: Transportation tariffs decrease is a result of lobbying of Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel (MMK, Russia) which currently feels significant problems with iron ore supplies. Recently, the company started negotiations with Ukrainian Poltava GOK (PGOK: BUY) about deliveries of iron ore. MMK even announced readiness to buy PGOK, nevertheless, owners of the latter has not replied to an offer yet.
