Russia Raises Export Duties On Oil Products By 30%.

The new duties are USD 106.6 per ton and went into effect August 27. Concorde Capital: The upward pressure on domestic oil product prices from this duty increase will not be significant, as most oil products consumed in Ukraine are produced domestically.
