Sarmat sale OKed by Antimonopoly Committee

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine announced on Friday that it has given permission to SABMiller, one of the world’s largest beer producers, to acquire a 99.8% stake in Sarmat, Ukrainian brewery (see our news comment from May 5).
