SCM Transfers 36.33% Stake in Pivnichny Iron Ore To Metinvest

System Capital Management (SCM) has transferred a 36.33% stake in Pivnichny Iron Ore (SGOK: N/R) to their metallurgy holding, Metinvest. SCM’s CEO Oleg Popov, said the move is part of the company’s corporate restructuring program to create a vertically integrated holding company and to improve the  transparency of SCM’s corporate structure.
