SEB Group Eyes Another Ukrainian Bank.

The international banking group SEB’s head of development in Russia and Ukraine, Yulius Niedvars, announced that the group is considering the acquisition of another Ukrainian bank. In January 2005, SEB acquired Azhio Bank, Ukraine’s 57th largest bank in terms of assets. The new acquisition target will be used to expand Azhio’s presence in the regions.
