Six More Oblenergos Announce 1H07 Results

Alexander Paraschiy: All the companies except Zhytomiroblenergo (one of those which have preferential tariffs) have increased their net income. Despite significant reduction of losses by Donetskoblenenergo, the company’s margins remain negative: high commercial electricity losses and low payment collection levels still do not allow the company to show positive income.
