The Investment Metallurgical Union (IMU) has said it will negotiate an agreement with the Cabinet over how to resolve the scandal surrounding the privatization of the plant. The consortium has asked the Kyiv court of appeals to hold off on a ruling on the privatization of the plant, until IMU can finish negations with the Cabinet. They have learned their lesson from Moscow?s attack on YUKOS and dare not spoil investor sentiment the same way.
