SPF names candidates for Ukrtelecom privatization

According to Dmytro Parfeneko, acting head of the State Property Fund, at least three international strategic investors have expressed interest in privatizing Ukrtelecom (UTEL): Deutsche Telekom, Turkcell and Magyar Telecom. According to Parfenenko, the preliminary starting price for the 67.8% stake in Ukrtelecom is UAH 7.5 bln (or a 125% premium to its current stock price on the PFTS).
