SPF: Odesa Portside sale still on for today

The State Property Fund of Ukraine announced yesterday that it still planned to conduct the privatization of a 99.567% stake in Odesa Portside today, September 29. The SPF said it received applications from three participants in the auction: Azot-Servis (Russia), Nortima (Ukraine) and Frunze-Flora (Ukraine). Twelve companies had publicly stated an interested in the company. The SPF set a starting price for the stake at UAH 4 bln. The auction, which begins at 11:00 Kyiv time, will be broadcast live on local TV.
