SPF Plans To Sell 1% Stake in Ukrtelecom June 5

The State Property Fund will put a 1% stake in Ukrtelecom (UTEL: HOLD) up for sale on the Ukrainian Stock Exchange on June 5. The starting price was announced at USD 0.23 per share and the block is split into 40 lots. The two previous attempts to sell 1% stakes in Ukrtelecom failed: on May 22 the sale was prohibited by the Kyiv Economic Court and on May 29 there was a lack of bids.
