SPF Plans to Sell 1% Ukrtelecom Stakes July 11 and August 1

The State Property Fund (SPF) announced its intentions to sell 1% stakes in Ukrtelecom (UTEL: HOLD) July 11 on the Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange and another 1% stake on August 1 on the Inneks Stock Exchange (formerly the Donetsk Stock Exchange). The starting price will be disclosed three days prior to the tenders. As we reported yesterday, a 1% stake is scheduled to be put on the privatization block on June 8 on the PFTS. The starting price was announced at USD 0.23 per share and the block is split into 40 lots.
