SPF's investor pool for Odesa Portside narrowed to 3

The State Property Fund said yesterday that it has registered documents from three participants interested in privatizing the state’s 99.567% stake in the Odesa Portside Plant: Sibur-Holding (Russia), Nortima (Ukraine) and Flora Servis (Ukraine). Twelve companies had publicly stated an interested in the company. The SPF has slated the auction for Odesa Portside for September 29 and set a starting price for the stake at UAH 4 bln.
