Stakhaniv Wagon posts net income of UAH 95 mln in 2008

Stakhaniv Wagon (SVGZ) released its 2008 financial results this morning: net income of UAH 95.2 mln, up 91.2% yoy; and end-2008 assets of UAH 1.1 bln, up 26.4% yoy. Earlier this month, the company announced that it made 5,511 freight railcars in 2008, 0.8% less than in 2007. It said its gross revenue grew 49% yoy to UAH 1.77 bln.
