Stakhaniv Wagon Sales Up 4-Times In 5M07

Stakhaniv Wagon (SVGZ: BUY), part of AvtoKrAZ Industries that also includes AvtoKrAZ (KRAZ: HOLD) announced yesterday that its sales increased fourfold yoy to USD 88.7 mln in 5M07. This news came on the back of the company’s 5x sales increase yoy in 1Q07. Production in 5M07 was also up 4.2 times yoy to 2,511 railcars (after a six-time increase in 1Q07). Inna Perepelytsya: Stakhaniv Wagon’s results this year continue to impress, making our yearend projections look quite conservative. Expect a target upgrade soon.
