Statistics Committee confirms GDP decline of 15.9% yoy in 3Q

The State Statistics Committee of Ukraine yesterday reported final GDP data for 3Q09: a decline of 15.9% yoy, which was identical to the preliminary figure released a month ago. Ukraine’s GDP was down 17.8% yoy in 2Q09. We forecast total GDP to drop 14.1% yoy in 2009 and rise 4% yoy in 2010.
