Stirol Assigned (P)B3, Stable Outlook From Moody's.

The agency also assigned a (P)B3 rating to USD 100 mln worth of participatory notes that are to be issued to UkrChem Capital B.V. These funds are to be used to disburse loan to Stirol (STIR:BUY). In June, Fitch gave Stirol a senior unsecured foreign currency rating of B and a short-term foreign currency rating of B. Concorde Capital: Stirol intends to use these funds to finance its USD 150 mln CapEx program, planned for 2005-07. The largest of the projects foresees a 30% increase in urea production.
