The SPF To Hold New Ukrtelecom Tender On May 29

According to the State Property Fund (SPF), a 1% stake in Ukrtelecom (UTEL: HOLD) will be placed at Ukrainian stock exchange on May 29. The conditions of the tender have not changed, the starting price is USD 0.23 per share and the block is split in 40 lots. The 1% UTEL stake was originally scheduled to be sold on May 22, but a last second ruling by the Kyiv Economic Court stalled the tender.
