The State Property Fund (SPF) announced that the Prydniprovya consortium met all its investment commitments required by its purc

There are two lawsuits facing the Prydniprovya Consortium purchase of Nikopol Ferroalloy. The plant was bought in two stages of 25%, and 25% plus one share, giving it a majority stake. The consortium is associated with Interpipe Corporation. Concorde Capital: The chances Interpipe will retain its ownership of Nikopol Ferroalloy are much higher now. At most, the consortium may be forced to pay for its 2003 privatization of the NFER. It purchased 50% of the company for only USD 77 mn, well below the fair price.
