Thirteen Companies to Participate in Odesa Portside Privatization

According to Delo newspaper, citing an undisclosed source in the State Property Fund, 13 companies have submitted applications to participate in the privatization of a 99.52% stake in Odesa Portside Plant that is scheduled for May 4 (75 days after the announcement on Feb. 20). These were:

EuroChem (Russia)
San Splash Ukraine (Vaishali Group, India)
Nitrofert (Estonia, DF Group/Firtash)
Stirol (STIR: N/R)
Dniproazot (Privat Group, DNAZ: SELL)
Azot Cherkasy, Ukrinvest (Yaroslavskiy, AZOT: N/R)
Neftekhimimpex (Finance & Credit/Zhevago)
HSBC
PricewaterhouseСoopers
