TMM Considers IPO on LSE in 1H09

TMM announced that it is considering an IPO in 1H09. The company expects to float 20% of additional issue on LSE Main Market. Mykola Tolmachov, TMM’s CEO noted that market capitalization upon IPO may reach USD 3 to 5 bln. Currently, the company’s GDRs which represent 13.11% of its stock are traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
