TMM opens Flamingo residential complex in Kharkiv

TMM Real Estate Development (TR61 GR) put into operation its Flamingo premium-class residential complex in Kharkiv, the company reported in a press release yesterday. The building has 7-stories and a total area of 5.3 ths m3, including residential sellable area of 3.6 ths m3. TMM invested about UAH 20 mln into the project. As of the date it was put into operation, 11 out of 22 apartments were pre-sold.
