TMM property sales increase 63% yoy in 1Q10

TMM Real Estate (FSE: TR61 GR) said yesterday in a press release that its total cash receipts from property sales increase 63% yoy in 1Q10 to UAH 75 mln. The company said that sales of apartments in Kyiv made up 83% of the total and in Kharkiv – 17%. Sales of completed projects accounted for 80% of the 1Q10 total, while pre-sales in projects under construction – 20%.
