TMM puts record high of 120 ths m2 into operation in 2010

TMM Real Estate (FSE: TR61 GR) put 96 ths m2 of residential space into operation in late 2010, out of which 62 ths was located in Kyiv and 34 ths in Kharkiv, the company announced in a press release yesterday. The late push increased TMM’s total for the year to 120 ths m2 in 2010, a company record. 40% of Kyiv’s 62 ths m2 was sold, and 65% of Kharkiv’s 34 ths m2, which will be accounted for in 2010 sales figures.
