TMM Receives Permit for Preparatory Work on Pivdenniy Project

According to a company release, TMM Real Estate Development (TR61 GR: BUY) received a permit to conduct preparatory works at the Pivdenniy residential microdistrict in Nemishayeve (Kyiv Region). The Pivdenniy microdistrict has a total planned area of 385 thousand sq. m; the area of the land plot under lease is 25 ha. The tentative number of residents is over nine ths. Planned infrastructure includes kindergartens, a secondary school and commercial premises. Andriy Gostik: The Pivdenniy residential microdistrict in Nemishayeve is TMM’s brand new project that is being valued by Colliers for the first time. The updated portfolio appraisal is due in late April and is expected to show significant growth in the value of the company’s assets due to both revaluation of existing projects and the addition of at least eight new projects.
